Each press is combined with a thermoregulation control unit for molds, in order to reduce equipment wear and keep the mold at a constant temperature during production. Our technicians perfectly know the technologies used and the production capacity. Below is the list of machines currently supplied:

The finishing department uses 4 work centers: 2 for sanding, taping and 2 for sandblasting the die-cast parts using a Tosca belt sander and a cluster sandblaster. It is also available for the management of any subsequent threading, tumbling, polishing and mechanical processing operations in general.

All the equipment and machinery used in the production of the die-cast articles are regularly and periodically maintained by technicians of companies specialized in the die-casting sector. The presses used are carefully cleaned and lubricated weekly at the end of the work cycle; the same machines are checked on all the components, whether mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic, at least every six months.

For transport, the company uses a truck with a capacity of 35 quintals, a van and company machines. Production control plans and Sandstone Cleaning involve every part of the company as a whole, from an organizational, construction, material and equipment point of view, up to warehouse management.

The production manager is the person designated to ensure compliance with the production control plan by all employees and that they are competent for maintenance.

Process

The control plan begins with the arrival of the raw material (aluminum) in the warehouse in the company and before its use. We verify the correspondence to the required characteristics, the quality and we analyze the certification documentation that accompanies the raw material.

The production control plans concern all die-cast products produced for our customers in compliance with the technical specifications and drawings supplied.

Within the company, production coordination is responsible for manage production technical documents verify the conformity between the technical documents and the material supplied and organize and coordinate production ensure compliance with delivery plans.
